01What is the catch with the free video?
There isn't one. One free video per brand, and we don't ask for payment details. Send a product link and a few photos, and you get a 15-second video in 3 to 5 working days that you can run as an ad. If it works, pick a monthly plan.
02Is the free walkthrough really free?
Yes. Send up to 6 photos of one place and you get the walkthrough in 2 to 3 working days. One per business, no payment details.
03How does the $0 website work?
We build your website for $0: our Business or Premium package, depending on the project, worth up to $2,990. The website is yours to keep, with the design, the code and the files. The monthly plan is the service around it: $99 a month for Site Care (hosting, SSL, changes, backups and a short monthly report), or $295 a month for Local Growth, which adds local SEO, review requests and an AI phone assistant. The first month of the plan is free, then there is a 12-month minimum. If you want to leave before the 12 months are up, you pay either the months that are left or the website's price minus what you have paid so far, whichever is less, and you take your files with you. After the 12 months you can stop at any time and host the site yourself.
04How do I pay if I buy the website?
50% to start and 50% at launch, plus the optional care plan at $49 a month for hosting, backups, small edits, uptime and form checks and a monthly report.
05Who owns the work?
You do. Once it is paid for, the videos are yours to use anywhere, including paid ads, your website and your social media. With a website, you own the site and the domain.
06What if I want changes?
Websites have unlimited revisions within the agreed pages and features. AI UGC videos get 2 to 3 revision rounds, and most are right after the first one. Property and venue videos get 2 revision rounds.
