The Moscow District Court of the City of Minsk has fined the administrator of New Life church Vasily Yurevich for $ 2000. He was declared guilty in repeated breaking of the order of conducting of religious service. Which, according to the ruling of the judge Natalya Kuznetsova, had been expressed in his presence during that service which was conducted without the authorities’ permission.

Vasily Yurevich stated that he considers the case to be a fabricated one. This is how he comments on this ruling: .I see another step in the ruling of the court to suppress the Protestant church in Belarus. But I believe in God.s judgment, which is a true one and that this will end some time..

The court.s ruling is going to be appealed in the nearest future.

As a reminder, this is the second fine that Vasily Yurevich is supposed to pay for this kind of a .trespass.. In November of 2004 the administrator of New Life church Vasily Yurevich was fined for 3.600.000 Belarusian Rubles.
